Training Approach

The TIP training approach is based on a four- stage cascade system (see diagram) starting with the training of Master Trainers who in turn will train In-Service Advisors (ISAA) and Divisional Directors (DEE), then involve selected Principals and Senior teachers (Head Plus One) to finally reach the school families and the individual school respectively through in-house training. The introduction of the HPO model represents a new approach ensuring that in-service training is not only entrusted to the ISAA but is organized in cooperation with other relevant personnel like Zonal Directors and Coordinators, Divisional Directors and Principals. At the same time the development of school families advocated by the education reform is fostered and filled with life.
